The Plum Creek Metropolitan District is located in the Town of Castle Rock, Douglas County, Colorado. Formed in the mid-1980's, the District exists to provide the basic infrastructure of public improvements necessary to serve the general development area commonly known as Plum Creek.

The Board of Directors has determined that the regular meetings for 2011 shall be held quarterly on the 2nd Monday of the month at the at the hour of 3:30 p.m. at Folkestad Fazekas Barrick & Patoile, P.C. located 18 S. Wilcox, Suite 200, Castle Rock, CO 80104.
