Public Notices
In accordance
with Colorado statutory requirements, including the notice
requirements set forth in Sections 24-6-402(2)(c) and 32-1-903(2),
C.R.S., the Plum Creek Metropolitan District has designated
at least three places within the District at which notice
of regular and special meetings of the Board of Directors
of the District will be posted. As of
January 26, 2010,
those locations are as follows:

Light pole
located near the intersection of Emerald Drive and
Peninsula Circle.

Light pole
located near the western intersection of Stafford
Circle and Emerald Drive.

| 3. |
Westernmost
light pole located closest to the entryway of The Knolls
on Plum Creek Parkway. |
Notice of regular
and special meetings of the Board of Directors of the District
is also posted at the office of the Clerk and Recorder of
Douglas County, located at 301 Wilcox Street, Castle Rock,
Colorado 80104.
